Our first issue, “Creativity in the Age of Chaos” looks at the people persevering and resisting despite the turbulence. Whether through music, film, fashion, or art, we are making space for these individuals and groups because they play the onerous role of creating representations of themselves, us, and where we are from. Giving us a language with which to understand the multiplicity of realities across landscapes of the global majority, they put our worlds into perspective and offer us a glimpse of the worlds that are possible.
