Carhartt WIP FW25 keeps it cold and camo

While most brands are busy chasing the next new thing, Carhartt WIP continues to build on what it knows best, which is durability and work culture. Its Fall/Winter 2025 collection captures that approach perfectly, balancing practical materials with a darker, richer palette and silhouettes that are ready for the chillier weather.

As always, the collection begins with the staples for which they are known. Pieces like the Stanton Jacket and OG Double Knee Pant made a comeback in this line in rinsed canvas finishes and softly faded stone tones, incorporating a palette of Hamilton Brown and beiges. What’s new is the accenting with a flash of vivid red that pulls from the heritage linings of classic work jackets, used here to punch through the neutrals.

Textures also play a big role in the lineup. The designs signal to mid-century references through shaggy pile, tactile corduroy, and coated canvas, applied to outerwear like the OG Dean Jacket. Shades of maroon, mauve and navy were used to bring softness to the structure, making the collection feel more romantic without losing grip on its utility-inspired aesthetic.

Speaking of which, the military references remain plenty. A padded OG Active Cold Jacket arrives in tough Cordura with a new ‘Camo Combi’ print that’s carried across jackets, trousers and accessories. Another variation, ‘Wild Dog Camo’, appears in womenswear across shirts, knits and cargo silhouettes. Meanwhile, the Hooded Olten Bomber builds on the brand’s iconic Siberian Parka, complete with a central zip and snorkel hood.

Presented in three drops, each accompanied by editorials that sharpen the collection’s mood, FW25 is about staying true to the brand’s core. Whether it’s the streets of Dubai or Detroit, Carhartt WIP continues to inhabit a space that blends subcultural reference with everyday wearability.
