To mark the start of a new chapter, a blank space in celebration of the thesis collections, “We have Arrived, We are Home”, Creative Space Beirut has just launched a fashion film produced by Picatrix and directed and edited by  Malek Hosni. The film captures details from CSB’s 2025 graduate fashion show, a show produced by a collaboration between CSB and Oddends and the institution’s first fashion show since 2018. This show marks a new, fresh start for CSB, mirroring the resilience and passion the institution holds within its walls

Based in Beirut, CSB is dedicated to providing quality education for talented individuals from vulnerable backgrounds across Lebanon. The fashion school’s mission is to empower students to develop skills, build on their ideas and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

In line with their vision of transforming the creative economy by dismantling socio-economic barriers, CSB has launched a 10-minute film uplifting the school’s community. Showcasing graduates from the class of 2025, the film beautifully captures each collection’s spirit, narrating the stories behind each designer and their collection. The four graduating designers – Iftikhar Kanawati, Jihan Azzam, Mostafa Al Sous, and Patile Tachjian – unveiled their thesis collections through powerful installations and runway presentations. Each collection is deeply personal, created in the face of challenges and crises, yet carrying forward visions of determination and possibility

The beauty of CSB lies within the genius it harbours and the output it creates. It offers opportunity and structure that encourage ambition, rather than stunting it due to Beirut’s lack of infrastructure. This is clear and present within the film as it formally introduces the raw and undiscovered talent swimming in Lebanon.
