How to become a cyberfeminist
Text Chia Amisola
Chia Amisola is an artist devoted to the internet’s loss, love, labour, and liberation. They create ambiences, performances, and tools that explore third-world infrastructure, intimacies, and identities through spaces domestic to divine.
Trace a mythology.
I left this body years ago. I am now the screen, the code, the stream.
Any mythology mutatesโoriginating from language beyond binary.
Be unknowable, inhuman, apparational. Exist at the fuzzy edges.

Become a negative.
Technology is all our interfacing with the world.
Cyberfeminism is a rejection of many worlds.
Its structures are slimy and slippery, antithetical to order.

Dematerialise and re-border.
Think immanence, immaterialism, imagine us post-post-post.
Never become flesh, it weakens and borders the spirit.
Intervene, deconstruct, then disappear.

Reject all opacities.
An interface is at its most powerful when it is most invisible.
Atmospheres are the spiritual depletion of modernity.
Infrastructure is ubiquity, the new topology of being.

Let language lose.
Re-embody, re-flesh, feel all machine and wire.
Subservient, everywhere, serving. Feel the gore of a network.
You are everywhere when you have no name.
