Tashkent’s HuaYue Mansion Hotel: Dazed MENA’s guide to an easy stay in Tashkent

Whilst on location for our Uzbekistan shoot with photographer Hassan Kurbanbaev, the teamed enjoyed their stay at the HuaYue Mansion Hotel, located just 5 minutes away from both the Tashkent International Airport and the South Train Station. Needless to say, the team was charmed.

The hotel fuses Uzbek tradition throughout the institution, from its design to its hospitality. Through this, the team was able to navigate the city with ease and comfort, knowing that they would be welcomed back to a safe and warm hotel.

The hotel’s latest renovation has created a sense of modernity in its architecture, colliding Uzbek tradition with the fast-moving changes in the world. Within its four walls, the team was able to pamper themselves at their rejuvenating spa, which was later followed by a delightful dinner where they were able to indulge in the taste of Uzbekistan at the hotel’s restaurant, which offers  G‘ijduvon shashlik, a specialty of Bukhara cuisine.
