Introducing a style guide to MDLBEAST’s newest concept ‘A Thousand and One’ festival

A Thousand and One festival invites you to let reality fade away and have the music take over.

MDLBEAST have done it again. Their newest venture, A Thousand And One, is a two-day festival celebrating creativity, sound, and the art of escape. Set to run from April 24 to 25 in Riyadh, the festival blends electronic music with immersive storytelling across multiple thematic stages—spotlighting talent from the region and beyond.

As the entertainment powerhouse behind Soundstorm, MDLBEAST continues to push the region’s live music landscape forward. With A Thousand And One, they’re offering something more atmospheric—“a journey where reality fades and music takes over,” as the team puts it.

The buzz is already building thanks to a stacked lineup featuring Nooriyah, DJ Snake, Disco Misr, Dish Dash, Omar Fayyad, and more. With 12-hour programming and no shortage of sensory overload, it’s set to be one of the season’s defining moments.

To mark the occasion, Dazed MENA has created a style guide for festivalgoers: think monochromes and metallics, earth tones and flash accessories. The mood is dreamy, spacey, and unapologetically eccentric. These looks go the distance in terms of festival fashion, no sequin will be spared.
